Shipping policy

1 - General information

The delivery times indicated on the Site are normal average times and correspond to processing and dispatch times. Products are delivered by La Poste or another carrier to the delivery address indicated by the customer when placing the order. When the customer orders several products at the same time and these have different shipping times, the shipping time of the order is based on the longest time. Luna reserves the right to split shipments. However, Luna reserves the right to split shipments. The cost of processing and shipping will only be invoiced for a single shipment. Luna cannot be held responsible for the consequences of late delivery. Any order not dispatched within 30 days of the order will be cancelled unless otherwise stipulated and announced in the sales offer.

2 - Delivery times

Product delivery times vary according to availability. Product delivery varies between 5 days and 3 weeks. Luna undertakes to inform the customer as soon as possible if the deadline is not met. Exceeding these deadlines does not give rise to any cancellation of the order, reduction of the price paid by the customer, or payment of damages, as long as the customer is delivered within 30 working days following confirmation of the order. In the event of unavailability of the goods within the 30-day period, after informing the customer, Luna  will reimburse the customer.
